The overnight rates in the Hotel Bären vary according to time and room type. They always include VAT, SKY TV in rooms and lobby and the use of WiFi. You can decide whether your chosen offer should include breakfast or not. You have three room categories to choose from. You will find the cheapest travel dates and special offers in our online booking.
Of course a short email or a phone call are also possible.
The flexible daily rate
The flexible daily rate offers you the possibility to cancel free of charge shortly. If you cancel too late, we will charge you 90% of the total booked price. We will inform you about the exact conditions in the offer and the booking confirmation.The earlier you book, the cheaper it is with us.
On many weekends and holiday periods you will find attractive discounts. Early bookers save up to 15% of the normal rate. This can usually be booked up to 21 days before arrival, but cannot be cancelled after booking and must be paid directly after booking with a credit card. In the larger Best and Comfort rooms, guests staying longer will find extra space. In the Comfort rooms even a kitchenette. From 7 nights you save 15% of the overnight price. You can book breakfast -if desired- in addition. Simply enter at least 7 nights in our online store and choose a room in the Best or Comfort category. This is how easy it is to book the long-term special.

Conference groups of 8 rooms or more save 10%.
You save 10% of the flexible daily rate if at least 8 conference participants stay overnight daily. Last free cancellation date is 30 days before arrival. After this date, 90% of the booked stay will be charged as cancellation costs.

Depending on availability, we offer you the choice between the flexible daily rate or a savings and special rate, such as the early bird rate. We guarantee this early bird rate with immediate payment by credit card. Cancellation or rebooking is excluded.
